Start up issue RoadHog and Fullbar's

Start up issue

We have several RoadHog’s and FullBoars in rental situation.
Sometimes there are problems to start up the consoles.

Most of the times the console starts up normally when you power up whit the power switch at the back.
However sometimes it looks like there is a BIOS problem.
When we power up the console the blue lights go on, the screens are getting power, but the system don’t starts up.
So we give the red start button a try, no response.
Then a reset by holding down the red button 4 sec. and the lights go of.

In this condition it would start up whit the red start button, but also the same problem.
The blue lights go on, the screens are getting power, but the system don’t starts up.

I mention to solve this problem several times by a reset on the main PCB, disconnect the battery and relocate the contacts on de print to reset, then pres start, relocate the contact to normal condition and relocate the battery.
This solves the problem for a while, but it’s comes back wanes in a while.
I always use full install.

Maybe a BIOS issue?

  • Hey Guys,

    We've got the same problem.
Changed the BIOS battery and checked all BIOS Settings.
But when we wanted to start it after 12 hours. It took 6 hours to get it working....

    We run a RHFB with 2 RH-Wings
After the show we shut it down and cut the power. (Just like touring or rental)
But when we give it power again, it start's but won't start Windows...
Also tryed the PWRON After PWR-FAIL: previous state
    Same thing...

Got any clue's how to fix this problem?

    Thnx,

    Greetings,

    Lennart
