HogNet init failure

I have downloaded WholeHog 3PC, and am having trouble getting a show to start.
I keep getting this message about
"HogNet init failure"

Also, after you click ok on that error,
you get another saying
"Show server is not responding, Would you like to wait?"

Which "YES" = a never ending cycle, and no takes you back to the launching application.

Any ideas?

    appeare this message "hognet init failure"
    i checked all network config. possible but not fix problem at moment.

    any suggest to do???? please???
