Hog3PC problems with MidiSport Uno

I personally own a MidiSport Uno from several years ago that has been great for me.

Recently, my job purchased 4 brand new units, and all four of them are having issues. They recognize correctly in Windows 7 (with the proper drivers), and even Hog3PC recognizes them, but they do not receive Midi sent from an Alesis HD24. I also notice, aside from the USB light pulsing, the midi in/out lights are glowing. The Midi Out does turn steady on full when receiving, just not making it to the Hog3PC.

Plug my unit in with the same drivers and everything works.

I am running Hog3PC versions 3.2.1 build 3186 or newer on all computers with Windows 7 32bit vanilla, 2.0Ghz Dual-core i3, 4 GB Ram and a 500Gb HD.

Any Ideas?

With the latest model shipment of Midi Uno device Maudio does appear to have gone down the generic windows MIDI class device route. It does appear that most Midi I/O functions still work in this setup (MSC, Midi Notes) with the exception of midi timecode. We are still investigating this and will be working with Maudio to determine why midi timecode is not functional in the newest device they are shipping that uses the MIDI class device driver.
