Hog3PC Show Load/Creation Fail

Hi There
I have Hog3PC v3.2.5 installed on my windows 7 computer.
I load the program alright, but when I load a show the welcome screen disappears momentarily and the reappears as if nothing has happened. That is to say, the show doesn't load.
When I start a new show, I get to the screen to choose my fixture library, then where I want to save the show, but then the same thing happens; I am re directed to the welcome screen.

Any thoughts?
