Page Scroll

I am a console "leaner" and when programing i always rest me forearm on the Hog just under the curser keys, and inevitably will unknowingly scroll a menu. Is there a short cut to get the effected list back to home?

When looking at a Cuelist simply select "Follow Cue" from the top toobar again to jump back to your current position.

For anything else, the fastest way would be to recall the View you were working with.
