Major bug on hog3 PC

I am using h3 PC and if I try to set a fade path the software crashes and shuts down but says still running so have too do a full PC reboot !! This is a fatal bug !!
I am working in film industry and this is vv embarrassing !!

Please can we have a fix ASAP !!

i can open process window on system with wings
and yes it is only desk top that has stopped
i can restart it
but on my pc tablet there is no wing
it seams this bug just crashed the desk top
i can replicate it on any touch screen pc its the Netwindow 1950 touch screen driver that is causing problem
