If it happens again: press: pig + open + backspace this opens the task manager, see if a process is crashed or not responding? probably desktop crashed, right click and restart

the faders are working, only those who are HTP. ill check the software after the "first show" the desk is not outputting new dmx information, so its holding on too the latest commands or cues.

Yes, do the current full install (after backing up your showfiles externally since this will wipe the HDD clean on the console). There were some bugs in earlier software that could potentially cause this when the trackball is in the "blue" position mode. The newest software has this big fixed.
