having Trouble using JB Sparx7 Fixture file

Hi Guys, not sure if this is the right forum to ask this but here goes.
Having downloaded the fixture file for The JB Lighting Sparx 7, I'm not understanding how to Patch any of the options other than basic Mode 3
The GZ File when put into the Librarys, contains all of the modes for the light but only mode 3 is complete, have tried everywhich way to patch the other modes ie patch Mode 3 then Patch another mode and it doesnt seem to be correct, I'm definatley missing something, any Ideas would very much appreciated.

    You need to patch 1 motion and of each RGB Cells (called glow, main and I forgot the 3rd)

    Check the DMX Chart in the manual and there you wil find the order.
    So you have 4 fixtures patched for one physical fixture
    So is the normal way of patching multi-cell fixtures in H3/H4
