Please help...Wholehog 3 vr. 3.1.9 (b2946) touch screen not responding

Good day, We have a wholehog 3 version 3.1.9 (b2946). The touch screen is not working even on the calibration mode.. is it possible to upgrade it to latest update to fix the problem?
