Help me where to find pin code on ProFusion iS DMX processor, cause it says the machine is expired and gives me lock code and asks for unlock code...I tried to obtain it from DMX support, but there is no luck, because i have 0 feedback and besides dmx support page gives me a lot of errors like this one:

so i belive my requests never been arrived to dmx support team for this reason.
Is there any software that can generate unlock code? I've tried every single 4 didgit combo like 1234, 0000, 1111 etc - no use. Tnx for your help!
