Road Hog 3: 1 of the 4 universes not outputting

We are having trouble with our road hog 3. 1 of the 4 universes not outputting, when the other 3 are not showing any irregular signs. I suspect it's the physical dmx output card is down and we need to replace but I figured I would ask first.

    Hi Brandon,

    You are most likely correct with it being a faulty internal super widget. In most cases the PCB can be repaired unless there is physical damage to the PCB.

    You can send the PCB in for possible repair. See link below:
