How to connect Road HOG3 and Playback Wing with USB to VGA ?

I have Road HOG 3 and playback Wing connected with one USB to USB port and USB to VGA adapter . The wing works good, but a screen it doesn't. I use both USB ports on Road HOG : one connected by USB to USB and an other one by USB to VGA adapter. Is anybody to help me, please?
