importing congo

hello

I want to import a show that is originally made on a congo console onto a smart fade 1248.

I have tried to import it in smartsoft, but without success. 

 

how do i do now?

  • Hello,

     

    Unfortunately, there is no way to directly import data from another console into the SmartFade.  Since both the Congo and the SmartFade create ASCII-standard showfiles, you could open those with a document editing program and attempt to copy and paste data from one to the other.  However, my guess is that it would be just as quick to print out the show information from the Congo, then re-create it on the SmartFade.
