Do you mean the "Independent" buttons? If so, then no, I don't think so - I believe only one DMX channel can be assigned to each of the 2 Independant Buttons.
If you meant "individual" channels on the desk, then yes - you can patch multiple DMX dimmers onto one of the 48 channels of the console.
