Changing personalities

I was wondering if there was any way that you could change the fader number of a parameter of a moving light personality. One of my faders is kind of sticky and if its not held down then the values aren't detected, so this would be helpful.

You can create a User Personality to put any attribute onto any attribute fader.
The only 'special' attributes are Intensity, Pan/Tilt and RGB(A)/CMY, where they will behave differently if put onto other faders.

However, replacing the fader is a relatively simple job.
Any of our dealers can do this quite easily, and if you (or someone you know) is good with a soldering iron, you could replace it yourself.

The channel/mems/attribute faders are ETC part# P152-F.

Is it possible to edit already existing personalities or would I have to start over and create a new one?

Unfortunately there is no way to edit a library personality in SFML, you'll need to start over.

I would recommend getting the fader replaced - it is a pretty cheap and easy repair
