I am having issues with the Copy button on my Smartfade ML
I have followed the instructions in the manual step by step to copy a memory from one SubMaster to another Submaster.
At the final step when you press the destination submaster it does not light up and the memory is not copied from the source.
Everything else on the console works. I am able to record new memories and adjust patching so its not the mode that the console is in. I am the only operator on the desk.
I have tried Cycling the power and reloading a brand new show and still no luck.
Any help would be appreciated.
