I posted this in the smartsoft beta forum awhile ago... no responses... anyone have any thoughts?
Every time I unplug my console from 120v outlet, after plugging it back in, upon power-up it does not return to normal state but runs through the LED tests and cycles the displays. The desk then resets and goes through the same cycle - over and over... until I hold down menu and run it through the tests - thus erasing any show file that I may have forgotten to save. :( One thing I've noticed is that in the tests, my backup battery level always reads "low" could this be the cause? any thoughts?
