i am in charge of lighiting in a medium size chrich in BUrundi.i got some Chauvet colourpix bars for our church.i pached them using the Generic RGB 3 and they sworked perfectly..the next day I wanted to patch more lights and I tried repatching the bars but they were not responding.i erased the memory on the board( smartfade ml software 3.0.2.9.0.43).i patched all my lights well but the bars could not patch.i cannot even see their live effects from the patch user personality..I have erased everything from the board again.i have tried repeatedly to get the colour bar bring out some effects on the live user personality but they are not responging..what could be the problem .?your assistance will be highly appreciated.
