Today when I turned on my SmartFade 2496 I noticed that there were no longer any memories stored on any of my memory pages. While attempting to reprogram some memories I noticed that my channels have changed. Most have shifted a few from what they were. For example a light that used to be controlled with channels 19-24 is now controlled by channels 17-22. What could cause the channels to be changed? One of the lights is no longer even activated by any channel.

Check to make sure you loaded the current show. Sounds like an old show may have been loaded. Good luck.
