Smartfade ML Follow On Cues Workaround?

Hi there,

We have a Smartfade ML as our house desk, and I have a theatre show coming to the venue in a few months that requires follow on cues. As far as I can see this isn't a feature offered when recording to the stack (only up, down and wait times), and I haven't found any reference to it in the manual. Am I missing something obvious? If not, can I ask if anyone else has had this issue and found a workaround? Wondering about using Qlab to trigger the cues via midi after the appropriate time but I'd love it if there was something simpler.

Hi there -

The Wait time is the time you should be looking for - the wait time will count down from the GO and auto-trigger the next cue. Is that what you're looking for?

Hi, thank you both for your help. Think I might have got a bit confused with the terms. I've programmed using the Expression series before, where Wait = wait ? seconds after pressing go before triggering, and Follow = run current cue then go again automatically after ? seconds. It's the latter I think the incoming company are after.

Right -

Add the cue fade time to the follow time and enter this as the wait time on the SF console. :-)
