Hello All:
We are using a SmartSoft to control our SmartFade 2496
We are attempting just simple manual control to bring up Faders Controlling Memories.
We have noticed consistently that when we use the mouse to bring a fader controlling a memory up (in either console simulator mode) or the standard menu -
That within 15 seconds to a minute - that memory and fader is reset to 0 without any intervention.
During a live show this is obviously an issue.
It happens consistently on the higher fader/memories 24-48.
Is this a bug? or what else may be causing this?
