Walked into a new job, SmartFade seems to be stuck in Two Scene Mode so I can't control dimmers above a certain number. The buttons in the center of the console do not respond. When I first turn power up, the manual indicates I could change the mode, but I am not being given that option. Any advice would be appreciated!
