I just update the consoles software and I am trying to run it using midi for the first time. It was working, then we moved the board and when we turned it on again it flashed etc smart fade, the software version and then went to "Live: 5.FLASHING ALTERNATING NUMBER Next: 5. FLASHING ALERNATING NUMBER" and none of the buttons work. to restart it I had to unplug and do a restart holding down the power and checkmark but that deletes all info.
I redid all the cues and got it to run the cues via qlab using mid show control, but then shut everything down and in the morning when I turned on the board it did the same thing
