Hi Anyone,
Got some new fixtures and trying to load profiles.
I use Macs for most everything and after finding and realizing I can't format it on a MAC, had to find a non-high capacity card and borrowed a PC to do update and first it wouldn't update library till I update firmware, Now Its stuck at updating firmware and its in a loop of checking, updating. Spent hours reading manual (which has some information holes) forums to figure out wtf and There is no flowchart or troubleshooting guide and for a simple console, this is really frustrating.
Anyone (ETC) have this (FIRMWARE AND LATEST LIBRARY) properly loaded on the right size card and formatted correctly that I can buy and plug in?
