Need help to patch Cyclops Bar LED light

Hi All

I need to patch Cyclops LED bar light with etc ion. I tried it in custom with RGB 8b selection but its not working. Please guide anyone.

you're in the wrong forum, you chose smartfade, but you say it's about an Ion...

do you have a manual for this light? what's the exact brand name and model?
