Select the 4 colorblazes, press Effect, press Color, select a type of color effect on the LCD with the dials. Press Fan, Press effect, choose Effect type: Color on the LCD, choose the fanning style; shape and number of elements.
If you have been successful you will see the color effect fanned on the device select buttons.
