This afternoon, I arrived home to find a box on my front porch. The shipping label read "ETC". Hmmm. When I opened the box, there was a 1GB SD card and a nice "thank you" card from the folks at ETC thanking me for registering my SFML.
This is the first time any manufacturer has ever sent me anything after a sale. I am impressed. Small things like "thank you for your business" gifts, accessible technical help (forums, etc,), along with nice, functional, and ergonomic products indicate (at least to me) a company that is dedicated to finding and retaining its customer base. The same cannot be said for many other companies in the pro audio/lighting business.
Kudos to ETC, and ... Thank you too!
