Smart soft for mac

Hello, I have a customer who wants to see how works (v2.1) smartsoft in mac. But he couldn't install, he told me an error appears. Any suggestion???

SmartSoft runs on MAC computers with OSX operating systems. It has been tested with 10.4 and 10.5. Please provide more information about the sytem, the computer and the exact description of the error and we will try to help you.
