Smart soft for mac

Hello, I have a customer who wants to see how works (v2.1) smartsoft in mac. But he couldn't install, he told me an error appears. Any suggestion???

The downloadable file is a 0kb file. Can this please be fixed so it's a valid download? The software you are trying to install is nothing but a un-openable file.
