Our Smartfade 2496 (latets software version) did no longer respond when programming a show in combination with an Apple Macbook running smartsoft (latest version). Since we were programming a show on the control board and simultaneously labeling memories using the macbook, we think it was when editing a memory level on the board while changing memory names on the macbook. However, the Smartfade freezed and did not respond, a forced power off was necessary to get it back to work.
