We found a bug in the Smartfade ML board that makes it so you can't turn on or off a Robe Colorspot 575AT. ETC said that the bug fix will be in the next software update. Which is when????

That's right. We have the same problem. See "Device Commands does not work for Robe spots in SmartFade ML "
You can pass the bug with the following procedure:
- Set Parameter "User 5" at 52% for at least 3 seconds to strike the lamp (Lamp On)
- Set Parameter "User 5" at 92% for at least 3 seconds to turn off the lamp (Lamp Off)
