Fixture bug

Hello

I've tried Smartfade ML with PR Lighting Pilot250 and everything else work just fine exept pan and tilt.
There is some bug in fixture library. Pan and tilt works very very slowly. When will you fix this problem?

  • It appears that these fixtures have a Pan/Tilt Speed control channel on DMX 12. Have you used the Home command? This should set that control channel to full, which will allow your fixture to move at full speed.

    We will definitely take a look at this item for the upcoming software release.

    Tried that and it doesn't work.
    When I start up my fixtures it takes up to 2 minutes to move from start to home position. So it moves very very slowly.

    Have you any ideas when will next software update be ready?
    I can't use my light because SFML doesn't work as it should be...
