Ok. This is probably the dumbest posting ever but in out of ideas.
i work at a school and we have a Smartfade 1296 panel for our auditorium.
some kids got to the panel during detention and managed to set the panel to run a lighting sequence that we cannot shut off.
the blackout button does not work. I’ve tried everything I can think of and am basically blindly adjusting sliders and trying to black stuff out. I’ve been out of doing theater for close to 20 years and I can’t make hide nor hare of the manual.
HELP!
