I have been using "Record all" and then "Replace step" on the Smartfade ML to update the cue stack live. It works fine but changes the cue time to whatever my last timing was unless I manually correct the encoders.
For this reason and for the sake of (I hope) using the Move Dark function more efficiently (when updating live after devices have already moved dark for the next cue they get put into the current step with the wrong attribute values), I would like to use "Edit" instead. But I am not clear on the difference between the options "Edit Content" and "Change Content."
What is the most efficient and neat way to update a stack step?
