Resetting Smartfade ML's internal memory -n-such

What sort of problems do you mean?

You can erase the show back to the default patch in the Setup menu: [Menu] 'Setup' > 'Erase' > 'Erase All'.

The Flames Effect will not stop playing. I've tried the Erase All, but that still doesn't help the issue. Is there anyway way I could Reset it back to the factory defaults?

Update: I just erased "ALL" of the memory, but can you remove the FX from the  their Slots?  EX. 1-11 color FX

To stop all Effects, use [Clear] & [Effect].

You don't need to remove an effect from a slot - just replace it with a different one if you decide that you don't need it any more.
