Smartsoft PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!

I have issues with the demo show.

I follow the instructions on the video tutorials that i found in YouTube but I never make it work

 I open the demo theatre from capture

I launch SmartfadeML

Then System

Open (there must be the problem) 

Showfiles (there is nothing inside that folder)

So i open from examples folder Demoshow SmartfadeML 

I press C 

trying to lit some Lights

Never worked

    I'm sure we can fix this problem, probably quite easily.  But the forum is not a great place to do this.  Could you please call one of our offices and ask for technical service and we will talk the problem through and most likely fix it immediately.
