HELLO PLEASE, i dont understand this :( EFFECTS

I have a SMART FADE ML that i am working with its SMART SOFT and CAPTURE POLAR SMART SOFT EDITION................. and i was creating a new personality last week for 10 new models of Chinesse fixtures but i cant use the SHAPE , LINEAR and COLOR EFFECTS, THOSE dont work....... what can i do????????

which Fixtures are you trying to create templates for? Are these basic 3-color LEDs?
