custom personality for non branded led pars

I've got hold of a couple of Eurolite RGB LED par cans to add - but a little worried about setting up a personality for them as I've never created a custom personality - all the other lights we have are listed in the database.

How easy is it to do.

I know if things go wrong I can always reload the desk "defaults" from the SD and start again.

I have a manual for the fixtures - and seems quite well documanted giving the 6channels and what protocol value is used for what process.

I only got the Eurolites - not because they were cheap - well maybe, but they were reasonable enough to sit on the front of the stage where they could be kicked by clumsy cast etc. and I need not worry too much about a very expensive light being given a flying lesson.

Also to force me to learn how to create custom profiles. It seems too easy to add a fixture and load the personality from a preset db. Some times you have to get your hands dirty and needed to get out of my comfort zone (what a fool)
