Smartfade ML repair

One of my most thoughtful employees knocked my Smartfade ML off a counter the other day & now the master fader is flaky, rendering the console useless until i's repaired. Where can I send this thing for a quick turn-around repair? I'm in Alberta, Canada but I'd overnight ship this thing virtually anywhere.

The part you need (most likely) is a P153-F. You will need to find a dealer with a tech that can do the work or make arrangements to have it sent to ETC

Bob David is with Production Lighting and it seems he has been to Repair training at ETC

So that is your best bet.

We may be the physically closest to you. We do repairs of a wide range of equipment and would be happy to expedite the repair.
