Smartfade ML crashing

Hi, 

I'm using a Smartfade ML 24 for a small touring production, it's been fine until about an hour and a half into the plotting, and then it crashed and on re-start it shows the "ETC SMARTFADE ML" page and then crashes and re-starts again, continually. Any suggestions?
