Flash/Bump buttons

Hi, our church recently purchased from another church the SmartFade 48. We have it all hooked up correctly in our lighting grid, and cleared board of previous owners presets, but the Flash/ Bump when pressed cause black out instead of going full... what am I doing wrong? Is there a setting I am missing?

Maybe the 'solo' bump is active ?

As arnof said, check the [Solo] button.

When lit, it means the bump buttons turn everything else off, just "Soloing" the bump you pressed.

When it's off, the bump buttons will add the light as you expected.

Secondly, the "Bumps" fader sets the level the bump buttons go to. You probably want that all the way up.

I am going to have to check, and see if its solo'd. Generally speaking when the levels are up and i want to go from half to full and I tap the flash/bump it cuts all of the lights.. so I will look and see if the Bump fader is set correctly.
