Consol training and concert

Hi guys,

A majority of our medium to large system sales are ending up with through power modules and either touring gateways or permanently installed single port gateways so we have been training the end user on concert on the EOS family consoles so they can configure the modules and gateways easily.

As these systems become more prevalent it seems to me that it would be great to have a facilitators guide to teach the basics of training an end-user Concert

While it may not be exactly what you're looking for, we do currently publish the Concert online help files in PDF format, which makes it more accessible for training environments: https://www.etcconnect.com/WorkArea/DownloadAsset.aspx?id=10737495774. Could be useful to grab relevant bits and pieces from the document or just give the user a reference for when they're not online or in the application.

I am building an introductory online concert tutorial as you read this that will be online by the end of the year. We also have the materials that we use in Recertification and new technician training available. Check your last stick from training. Those might help.
