Also, just in case you are not, be aware that there are at least two different types of low voltage connector. When I was in a similar position some years ago, despite describing exactly what I needed, the dealer sent the wrong unit and had to exchange it. In the mean time I had fixed the original unit with the aid of a screwdriver and soldering iron. Consequentially the venue had a usable spare.
