Training documents

Hi, in 2022 I bought and completed several courses on your training page but now I cannot find my documents or transcripts or even get the training course page to open. I’m re-certifying for ETCP and need to submit those credits.

  • Hi Mike. I think I know the problem you are encountering. About a year ago we switched to a new system. That website is https://learningstage.etcconnect.com/

    Fear not, your information is still there and still current ( looks like it is under your @yahoo address). I can see the classes you have completed and those still in progress.

    Once you log in go to your My Activities page and you can reprint or download the certificates you need.
