Check all your wiring. Does the unit show power? Have you been able to run a basic "blink" sketch to confirm the arduino board is working? Does anything show up in the diagnostic screen on the console when you plug it in? If possible unplug all pin connections and just load the test sketch.

Installed Test Software but TX light on constant, not blinking.
Ran Eos Software and the handshake messages worked and TX & RX started blinking. Pressed "Incoming OSC" and repeating message ran.
All as expected apart from the 1 sec blink to start with.
So, tried to install box_1_src.ino code but, came up with an error saying "Problem uploading to board".
Started EOS again but, same blinking TX & RX as before, not the single blink as described in instructions.

You probably need to reselect the port in the IDE. If there is a problem uploading to board it won't get the new sketch loaded. Make sure the board and port are recognized in the Arduino software and try uploading again.

So, You were right! The box_1_src had opened in a new window and needed the comm setting again.
When I now check EOS I get
OSC USB device handshake iniciated [ETCOSC?]
OSC USB device handshake Rejected [/]
OSC USB device handshake complete [OK]
Is this correct?
If I try the Incoming and outgoing OSC buttons I do get
[OSC Packet] /eos/ping, box1_hello(s)
[OSC Packet] /eos/out/ping, box1_hello(s)
The RX & TX lights on the board are flashing about every two seconds.
Just tried moving a mover using the ML controls on the Nomad I've got it pluged into and the RX light on the board started flashing! Is looking hopefull. (FYI the rest of the kit is still in bits so I cant try it the other way around)
The flash every two seconds is the ping command that is good for diagnosing whether the unit is working or not. If you don't like that you can disable it once you get everything else working. When turning the encoders you should see the pan/tilt changes coming in over OSC in the diagnostic screen if you have osc rx logging turned on.
