LIghthack - contact closure to OSC message to EOS

There are some manufacturers for Arduino based automation systems, which use optoisolated in- and output used for 24V systems. You can use it with USB or over ethernet. The code should be very simple to write but depends what you want to do (firing macros ...)

You might also look at the X-OSC for this - I've never tried it but I think you could make this work?

The price is yoke, £160 for what? You can do the same with an Arduino Nano 33 IoT for $16 and do it with your own software.
General OSC over WIFI is not always stable.
