Issue with Teensy 4.1

One known bug is that data is send before the handshake is finished. Did you tried the original usb test code? 

I just tried the usb test code and got the same error messages.

I tested with my Teensy 4.1 on Nomad with macBook Pro and it works without a problem. Is the USB cable ok?
Maybe a windows problem?

Tried a different cable and below is what came up. What specific windows problems could I check for?

I plugged into a different port on my laptop and the usb test sketch started working. I then uploaded a light hack and it still didn't work. When I reuploaded the usb test sketch it then no longer worked

Detach the Teensy after uploading and close the Arduino IDE and Teensy Loader (if open), then try to plug in the Teensy again.
