To all ETC community forum users:
We spent a lot of time ‘rehearsing’ before the premiere of our new website, but the reviews proved that our new forum platform wasn’t well received by the audience. Clearly we should stick to designing lighting equipment!
Some of you vocalized your frustration with the new forum platform and its bugs, and we greatly appreciate the feedback. We want you to know that we’ve listened and found a solution that will be up to the standard you’ve come to expect from ETC.
Today we transitioned the forums to this updated version of the previous Community Server platform (now owned by Zimbra). It has a similar feel to the old forums, but includes a modern, mobile-friendly look, improved capabilities and better user experience. As we migrate information to this solution, any information added to the forums after July 11th, 2014, will be temporarily lost. We will transfer those posts in the coming days. As always, our technical and customer service pros will continue to address your concerns and answer your questions.
