pull down windows don't stay open

I'm glad the forum section is working again . .

 

However, the pull down windows (More, Groups list) pull down when I click, but when I move the mouse to choose something below, the menu closes.

    I have had a look at this and have found no issue in Chrome or Internet Explorer from a PC. After clicking the ‘More’ button you do need to drop your curser directly down to the list. If you click and then move to the side or below the dropdown list, the list will go away.

    Please advise if you are access from something other than Chrome or Internet Explorer from a PC
