Can't save user settings

Sorry, can you be more specific about which user settings you are trying to change and what (if any) errors you are receiving?

I'm working on mac with sierra 10.12.3 with safari 10.0.3 and i tried to change my signature. After changing my signature when i try pressing the 'save' button nothing happens, no error, nothing.

I tried it also on win 10 (with parallels desktop) and edge browser with the same result.
